Honorary Cajun Rewards is our loyalty program. You will earn Cajun Coins with every dine in or take out purchase. Once you sign up, these Cajun Coins can be redeemed for delicious food and beverage offerings.
You will start earning rewards right after signing up for the program. Every one dollar spent equals one Cajun Coin.

Cajun Coins expire after you are inactive for 18 months.
If you order direct from our app or website, you can save money. In addition, if you are a member of our loyalty program, you can also earn rewards on each purchase through our app or website.
Yes. Catering order receipts will need to be uploaded manually via the Boudreaux’s app.
You can redeem your rewards through the Boudreaux’s mobile app and/or online only. Rewards cannot be redeemed on third party ordering sites (e.g., UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, etc.).
No. Points are not earned when orders are placed with a delivery service provider (e.g., UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, etc.) for pick-up or delivery. You can, however, earn Cajun Coins if ordered delivery directly from the Boudreaux’s app or online.
Absolutely! You do, however, need to download the Boudreaux’s app. Once you are signed up for the program, you can link a credit card to earn loyalty rewards for each dine-in purchase you make. If you decide to link your card, our system will automatically recognize you as an Honorary Cajun when you use it for a dine-in purchase. If you choose not to link a credit card, you can still earn your Cajun Coins by manually uploading your dine-in receipts via the receipt upload tool on the app.
No. Cajun Coins were already earned on the Gift Card purchase, therefore no Cajun Coins will be earned by using a gift card as payment.
Yes, some do. The sign-up reward (free Fried Pickles) and the birthday reward (free Homemade Dessert) both expire 45 days after the reward is earned. Some rewards will be available for a limited time, which will be stated on the reward. All rewards expire after 18 months of account inactivity.
No. Our program limits you to one reward redemption per purchase.

When you enroll a card for in-store purchases, we send the card number directly to the card network (Visa, MC, AMEX) and they enroll it. They then notify us your card was enrolled. When you attempt to add a card, it is possible that the card network will reject it. The message returned can be intentionally vague for security purposes. Here are some reasons it may have been rejected:
- Your card is already enrolled (this often happens when two people share a card)
- You already have an account (e.g., you already signed up on a previous visit and signed up again. If you suspect you have two accounts, contact our support team to assist you)
- Your card has expired (if your enrolled card is expired and your new card has the same number, your new card will be rejected. Once you remove your expired card from your account, you will be able to enroll your new card)
- Your card is not supported (We do not currently accept Discover, or Apple cards. Some Visa/MC/AMEX cards may be rejected if they are pre-paid, corporate, or issued outside the United States)
If you use a card that you are unable to enroll to your account, you can still submit your receipts through the app and we will credit your account. You can contact our support team at any time for assistance. firstname.lastname@example.org
To add a credit card or delete a linked credit card:
- Go to menu in upper left corner of the screen
- Click “Registered Cards”
- Click on “Add a New Card” at the bottom to add
- Click on “Edit” in upper right corner of the screen to delete
No. We neither store nor see your credit card information. When you link a card for transactions, it is encrypted and sent directly to Visa/MC/AMEX. They mark your card as enrolled and send us a notification when you use it to make a purchase at Boudreaux’s. When you make a digital purchase, your card information is stored in a payment vault for reuse on future orders. It is stored in a manner – tokenized and encrypted – that is unreadable to Thanx or Boudreaux’s. We do not see or know your card number.
No. We do not share your personal information (name, email address, etc.) with anyone.
The app uses a passwordless log-in experience, so you do not have a password to log in. To change your email address, click the menu button in the top left corner of the main screen and then click “Account.” You can edit your email address from this page.
